What happens at my first appointment?
We start with a consultation, not a treatment. We talk through what you're hoping to change, look at the area you'd like to work on, and give you an honest recommendation. If a treatment is a good fit and you're comfortable, we can often discuss next steps the same day. If it isn't right for you, we'll tell you. You're never under pressure to go ahead.
What treatments do you offer?
Botox, dermal filler, PRP (platelet-rich plasma), microneedling, and weight management. Each one works differently and suits different goals, so the right option, if any, is something we decide together during your consultation.
Do the treatments hurt, and is there downtime?
Most clients find injectable and microneedling treatments mild and manageable, and we take steps to keep you comfortable. Some treatments can leave temporary redness, swelling, or small marks that settle over the following days. Your practitioner will explain what to expect for your specific treatment, including aftercare and recovery time, before you decide.
How long do the results last?
It depends on the treatment, your body, and your goals, so results and how long they last vary from person to person. We don't promise a fixed outcome. During your consultation, your practitioner will give you a realistic, honest idea of what's achievable for you and how often treatments are usually repeated.
Who performs the treatments?
Your treatment is carried out by an experienced practitioner who does this work day in, day out. Every client is seen and treated in person, with sterile, single-use supplies and clear aftercare. If a treatment isn't a good fit for you, we'll tell you before we start.
Why is there a GH₵200 booking fee?
The GH₵200 booking fee is a small commitment that secures your appointment. It holds your slot and the practitioner's time, and it keeps the calendar fair for everyone, so a confirmed time stays confirmed. Once we reply to arrange your visit, we'll let you know how to pay it.
How do I book, and what does it cost?
Fill in the form on this page with your details and the treatment you're interested in, and we'll get back to you during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) to confirm a time. A GH₵200 booking fee secures the slot, and treatment pricing is discussed at your consultation so you know any costs before your visit. Submitting the form requests an appointment, it doesn't commit you to any treatment.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your details and your reasons for coming in stay between you and your practitioner. We don't share your information or use your photos for anything without your written permission, and you can say no and be treated exactly the same.
