Counterfeit and expired supplements are a real problem in this market. Our answer is boring on purpose. We control the chain from the brand to your hand, and we refuse to take shortcuts that would save us a few cedis and cost you your trust.
We order from official UK and US distributors and brand-direct accounts. No street wholesalers, no mystery pallets, no 'fell off the back of a lorry' stock.
Every unit is inspected on arrival. Tamper seal intact, batch number present, expiry printed and comfortably in the future. Anything that fails goes back, not on the shelf.
For the products that publish one, we keep the COA on file. It confirms the active ingredient is present at the stated dose and that the batch passed contaminant testing.
Supplements degrade in heat. Ours sit in a cool, dry, controlled space in Oyarifa, away from hot back rooms that slowly reduce potency.
If anything you receive looks wrong, a broken seal, a smudged expiry, packaging that does not match, stop and use the contact method in your order update. We will replace it or refund you, and we will want to know about it. Authenticity is the entire business.
