Where we deliver, how long it takes, and what happens if something is wrong.
We ship nationwide. Free delivery within Accra on orders over GH₵500. Outside that, the fee is shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises at the door.
You can also collect from our Oyarifa pickup point at no charge. Once your order is on the way, we send tracking details so you know roughly when to expect the rider.
Pay with Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel, or AirtelTigo) or a debit or credit card. Payment is confirmed before we dispatch, which keeps the whole thing simple and secure for both of us.
For safety and authenticity reasons, sealed supplements cannot be returned once the seal is broken. That is standard for anything you ingest. But if an item arrives damaged, with a broken seal, wrong, or close to its expiry, that is on us. Use the contact method in your order update within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including any delivery fee you paid.
Refunds go back to the same Mobile Money number or card you used, normally within 3 to 5 working days once the item is confirmed.
